6 MONTH TRANSFORMATION

 

6 months of nutrition coaching

During this 6-month transformation, we will work together to explore healing on a deeper level. True and sustainable healing requires the integration of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual work. Establishing a connection with your body is an essential piece of the healing process. Many of us have become so disconnected from our bodies we often seek safety, healing, and happiness outside of ourselves (money, relationships, career, food, etc.). Learn to trust your body as the ultimate healer.

Throughout this transformation, you will…

  • develop a strong connection with your body and its intuitive healing powers

  • learn to mindfully choose foods that support your vision of health

  • get in tune with the messages your body is sending you - and know how to respond to them

  • build awareness around your thoughts and mindset

  • invite joy and inner peace into your life

As your nutritionist, I will…

  • continue to hold you accountable to your goals and progress

  • provide you with insight into your individual nutrition imbalances

  • co-create your roadmap to healing

  • celebrate your wins and growth with you

  • support you through your challenges

 

The content for each month includes a nutrition integration and mindset session, breathwork experience, customized nourishment plan, and worksheet for the month’s theme. While there are set themes and principles to cover throughout this package – each month is integrative and flexible to meet your individual needs and desires.

 

Here is a breakdown of each month and its corresponding theme…

Month 1 – Commitment and Awareness

We will begin this healing journey by setting your intention for the next 6 months.

Focusing on commitment, awareness, and inner strength.

During our first session together we will…

  • create a blueprint for mind and body nourishment

  • get crystal clear on your goals and why this transformation is important to you

  • identify what has been holding you back

  • assess your medical history, symptoms, and nutritional imbalances

  • review your food diary and discuss where you can improve

  • discuss nutritional health testing if necessary

  • establish a meal plan that flows with your lifestyle and needs

  • create a supplement protocol for your individual needs and goals

  • gain an understanding about the root causes of symptoms you are experiencing and establish a plan to address them

  • introduce mindful eating habits and learn to reject the diet mentality

  • create a vision of your ideal health

 Month 2 – Kindness and Self-Compassion

Every eating experience you have - either positive or negative - is an opportunity to learn about your body. Think of this journey as a learning experience. When we develop self-compassion, we can let go of guilt and shame around our food choices – this makes it easier to cultivate change. Remember you are human – mistakes are designed to initiate growth and change.

Our time together this month will focus on…

  • developing kindness and self-compassion

  • celebrating your wins and troubleshooting your challenges

  • reviewing and adjusting your nutrition plan as needed

  • exploring old patterns, beliefs, fears, and negative self-talk

  • discussing what has been sabotaging your health and happiness and keeping you stuck in old patterns

  • furthering your awareness around your thoughts and mindset

  • establishing a mindset that is aligned with your goals and vision

  • practicing breathwork to integrate new information on a deeper level

 Month 3 – Trust and Inner Peace

Learning how to acknowledge and honor the sensations and messages your body is sending you sets the stage for rebuilding trust with yourself and food.  Surrender to the process of healing – uncover what you need to process and release from your body. What are you resisting? What do you need to let go of? Connect with your body on a deeper level and trust that your body has the wisdom to heal.

Our time together this month will focus on…

  • tuning in to how certain foods make you feel when you eat them

  • developing eating habits because you want to - not because you think you “should”

  • review your nutrition plan and make adjustments – interpret lab results

  • letting go of rules about dieting and living up to other peoples standards

  • creating space for growth

  • embodying trust in yourself

  • learning how to cope with your feelings without using food

  • use breathwork to recalibrate your body to establish trust and easily access states of peace, harmony, and healing.

 Month 4 - Acceptance

Accept where you are in life and the state of your current health - even if it’s not perfect.  Give yourself permission to love yourself and honor where you are on your journey. Release all judgments and be ok with what is happening in this now moment.

Our time together this month will focus on…

  • falling in love with the process

  • celebrating where you are in your journey

  • respecting your body and who you are

  • understanding that self-love is the foundation for growth and healing

  • review and adjust your nutrition plan as your needs and desires change

  • giving yourself permission to eat – forbidden foods and deprivation lead to overeating and overwhelming guilt

  • practicing love and acceptance when things get hard - transformation occurs at the intersection of pain and love

  • practice breathwork for acceptance and love

 Month 5 – Inviting Joy and Pleasure In

Health is easier to achieve and sustain when it’s fun and exciting.

The journey of transformation and healing never ends. The work is continuous.

Our time together this month will focus on…

  • envisioning your dream health and taking steps toward it

  • exploring ways to invite more play, fun, and joy into your life

  • discover how pleasure and satisfaction can be found in the eating experience

  • adjust and reevaluate your nutrition plan as your needs, goals, and desires shift.

  • developing emotional responsibility and personal accountability

  • practicing breathwork for embodiment and integration

  • setting goals that inspire and excite you

 Month 6  - Empowerment

Get to know the truth and source of your power. Understand what energizes you and what depletes you. Feel confident in your healing powers – even when life becomes a challenge. Align with your body and power.

Our time together this month will focus on…

  • personal empowerment

  • connecting to your heart and accessing your intuition

  • connect with how it feels to move your body

  • making food choices that honor your health

  • reflect on your accomplishments and growth

  • evaluate where TLC is needed

  • discuss long-term health and wellness plan

  • practice breathwork to discover what makes you feel alive
